So after looking at all these stats it is clear that you need to drink as much clean water as possible per day. As a matter fact the recommended intake is 2 to 3 liters a day!
So what happens if you only drink water instead of other fluids for 30 days? Wonderful things because you are replacing toxic items like beer, soda, sugary drinks and most of all fizzy drinks.
