Meal Prep Master Class where Bobby shares healthy meal prepping ideas with us is the topic of this video by FlavCity.

This video is quite a treat! Using only 10 ingredients we get 5 different recipes that we can make. And boy do they look tasty! Not only are the ingredients used fresh but each meal is completely different. These meals are covering Breakfast, Lunch and Dinner so you can be sure you are covered.

First up is an Asian noodle and veggie Chicken Stir-fry using low-carb noodles and veggies. Next up we are making a veggie and Kale Breakfast Frittata. Then we are going to make a Kale and Parsley low-carb Pesto Pasta topped with lovely Chicken. For the fourth dish we are doing Bobby’s favorite Lunch Salad. And last but not the least will be Chakchouka which is a Middle-Eastern egg, tomato and veggie casserole.

I do love eggs so I’m already quite partial to Chakchouka. You can see the lovely dishes on the cards today but lets quickly talk about the 10 ingredients being used. They are Boneless Skinless Chicken Thighs, Low-carb Shirataki Noodles, Garlic, Onions, Eggs, Kale, Red Peppers, Parsley, Green Beans and Tomatoes.
