Yummy Chinese Lemon Chicken Meal Prep!

Chinese Lemon Chicken is the recipe in today’s video by Fit Couple Cooks.

I do love Chicken and it is always great to come across some new Chicken recipes to try at home. I also like Chinese food so when I get to combine the two it’s even better!

The couple are doing recreations of popular take-out foods which is why they are sharing their take on this dish. And obviously the spin they are putting on this dish is a healthy one! So watch the video to see how they turn this tasty take-out into a healthy meal prep.

As usual the cooks are using a rice cooker to cook the brown rice they are using in this recipe. You do not need a rice cooker to make this dish though. You can cook the rice in whichever way you like, even if it is in the microwave oven. Cooking rice in the microwave is something I only learned to do when I go married!
