Here is the recipe:
1 Pound (16 Ounces) Lean Ground Beef or Turkey
1 Large Whole Egg
1/3 Cup (28g) Bread Crumbs
1/4 Cup Bacon Bits or Broken Up Precooked Bacon
2 Ounces (56g) Westminster Rustic Red Cheddar Cheese or Other Cheddar Cheese
3/4 Teaspoon Garlic Powder
Couple Squirts Chili Sauce *Optional
Salt & Pepper

How to make:
1. Chop or grate your Cheddar Cheese and combine all of your ingredients together in a large bowl
2. Mix everything together
3. Shape your burgers however big you want them
4. Turn a stove top pan or your grill on medium heat
5. Coat whatever you’re using with some non-stick cooking spray
6. Cook your burgers on each side for around 5 minutes
7. Optionally top them with cheese a couple minutes before they’re done

Tip: Ground beef should be cooked to 160F/71C and ground turkey should be cooked to 165F/73C!
