I’m having a pizza part with my friends Erica from @everythingerica and Sam from @chicagofoodauthority with 3 different types of pizza crusts. First up is my low carb cauliflower crust that has no dairy, starch, and is keto approved. Dessi has been working on this cauliflower pizza crust recipe for weeks and perfected it. The cauliflower crust is crispy and won’t get flimsy when pizza toppings are on it. The Pizza is topped with crushed san marzano tomatoes, pepperoni, and the new Sargento® Reserve Series™ Shredded Aged Italian Blend. All of the cheeses used today are aged up to 18 months to achieve their fullest flavor. Erica is making an easy homemade pizza dough topped with air fryer BBQ chicken, sugar free BBQ sauce, and Sargento® Reserve Series™ Shredded Cheddar & Gouda. Sam is making a gluten free store bought pizza crust with BBQ chicken, sweet onions, and Sargento® Reserve Series™ Shredded Gouda & Aged Italian Blend.
