How To Eat Healthy when Meal Prepping is the question being answered in this video by Bobby from FlavCity.

Today’s meal prep by Bobby is clean and healthy but still packed with flavor. It is creative and crunchy but still easy to make! Just because you are eating clean, doesn’t mean you have to skimp on flavor. Today is a prime example of doing just that!

The dish we are looking at in this video is Shrimp and Curry. The base of the dish is Cream Coconut Curry Lentils with Peppers and Onions and Ginger. This is served with a spice-crusted Shrimp and a Sugar-snap Pea and Peanut Crunch Slaw. Now, if that doesn’t sound absolutely delicious then I don’t know what is!

The Peppers being used in the recipe is Green Poblano Peppers which is not traditionally used in Indian food. So this will be Bobby’s version of an Indian Curry using these Peppers as the first time used it in an Indian dish it was amazing. The curry starts off with a pot that you add a couple of teaspoons of Grape Seed Oil to. Grape Seed Oil is an abundant by-product of wine making and is a really clean and healthy oil to use in your cooking.
