Easy Meal Prep SLOW COOKER PIZZA Recipe

Slow Cooker Pizza

Slow Cooker Pizza, yes you heard right, is the dish on the menu in this video by The Protein Chef.

This Crock Pot Pizza is super easy to make but packed with flavor. It will also make enough to last you the week so it is perfect for meal prep. Obviously this will not be pizza in the traditional sense. Even The Protein Chef is not that good. In stead of a normal pizza base you will be using a pasta of your choice. My choice for paste here would be either Penne or good old Macaroni.

You need to pre-cook the pasta as normal till just before it is cooked. This will make sure that it is not under cooked in the slow cooker. Protein is always key in The Chef’s recipes and in this case it will be lean ground meat. Once again the choice of meat is really up to you. You can go for good old and trusty ground beef or even turkey if you are a bit more adventurous. You will be browning the meat in a pan as well before adding to the slow cooker.

After that it really is adding everything together. That includes Pepperoni Slices, veggies, egg whites, etc.



Wow! That looks really good. Time to dust of the old Crock Pot!
