Ingredients:
unpolished rice (brown rice) or white rice: 1/8 of a cup
yellow moong dal: 1/8 of a cup
1/2 tsp jeera/cumin seeds
1/3 tsp turmeric powder
1 tsp pink himalayan salt or as needed
1/4 tsp hing
1/4 tsp red chilli flakes or 1 whole red chilli, broken
2 tsp desi ghee
Water till the minimum level.
(if needed can add in some extra water about 1/4 cup)
