Easy Meal Planning is the order of the day with this simple to do Chicken Meal Prepping Video by FlavCity.

Whether you are a beginner or a pro, this recipe is perfect for you and you will love it! The first part of this meal is spice crusted, oven roasted, bone on chicken that is cooked until golden brown. This is served with great looking and tasting crispy potato pancakes. To finish it off we add a red cabbage crunch slaw. If that doesn’t sound absolutely delicious then I don’t know what will please you!

The chicken pieces used for this meal prep is 6 chicken drumsticks and 6 chicken thighs with the bone still on. To make the chicken really awesome a special spice rub is prepared. The spice rub consist of four spices namely garlic powder, onion powder, ancho chilli powder and finished off with smoked paprika.
