Today, I am sharing a very Healthy Indian Breakfast Recipe, which is a Crispy Oil Free Paneer Masala Dosa made using Millet Dosa Batter (little millet/chama rice dosa). This quick & easy recipe takes only 5 minutes to prepare, and is one of the best healthy recipes to make in the morning for your breakfast or for your kids. #skinnyrecipes

For the paneer masala mix:
shallots: 4-5
green chilies: 2
3 sprigs of curry leaves
a small handful of coriander leaves
1/3 tsp roasted jeera powder
1/3 tsp turmeric powder
1/3 amchur powder/dry mango powder
200 gms paneer/cottage cheese
Millet dosa batter as needed:
1 tsp Oil free mayo :
A fat pinch of crushed red chili flakes
Ghee if making for kids
