A combination of two dishes into one video therefore double the flavor! The first part is the Baked Salmon with a sweet Tamarind glaze and then followed by a Citrus Quinoa Salad. You will find cooked Quinoa, Spinach, Cranberries and Shaved Almost topped with a lovely lemon soy vinaigrette. The whole meal is good mixture of sweet and acidic from the citrus to sour from the tamarind. In the end everything comes together to make an amazing dish. The sweet is achieve by adding honey to your glaze mixture and is cooked in a non-stick skillet.

To prepare the salmon you put it into a seal-able plastic bag and then cover the salmon with the glaze thoroughly. Make sure all the air is out of the bag before sealing it and then marinate the salmon for at least an hour.
