These changes might not all work for you, but it made a huge difference to Georgie. And we can always learn from other experiences. Take for instance her first change about getting up early. I for one am not a morning person, so I will find this very difficult. However, Georgie made this change about 3 years ago and has never looked back, so it might be worth considering.

Ultimately, once you decide to make a change, you need to develop it into a habit. In Georgie’s case, getting up and working out in the morning really works for her. Like me, she has a very busy work schedule and just don’t have the energy to work out when she gets home. Getting up early and working out in the morning has made her more productive overall.
